Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Torevon LLC ("Company") and users in connection with internet-related services ("Services") provided through DukStack (dukstack.com, "Mall") operated by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
① "Mall" refers to the virtual marketplace established by the Company using information and communications facilities such as computers to enable transactions of goods or services with users, and also refers to the business operator running the cyber mall.
② "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Mall and receive services provided by the Mall under these Terms.
③ "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member of the Mall and can continuously use the services provided by the Mall.
④ "Non-member" refers to a person who uses services provided by the Mall without registering as a member.
Article 3 (Publication, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms)
① The Company shall post these Terms, along with the company name, representative's name, business address, phone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, and privacy officer information, on the initial service screen of DukStack so users can easily access them.
② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws including consumer protection and e-commerce regulations.
③ When amending the Terms, the Company shall announce the effective date and reason for amendment on the initial screen at least 7 days prior to the effective date. For changes unfavorable to users, at least 30 days advance notice shall be provided.
④ Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, and applicable commercial customs.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)
① The Company performs the following services:
- AI-based BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) analysis
- Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star Astrology) analysis
- Qi Men Dun Jia analysis
- Destiny analysis report delivery
- Other services determined by the Company
- Previously lost membership status under these Terms
- False, missing, or erroneous registration information
- Other cases where registration is technically significantly impractical
- Registered false information at signup
- Interfered with others' Mall use or threatened e-commerce order
- Used the Mall to engage in acts prohibited by law or contrary to public order
- Search and selection of goods or services
- Input of name, address, phone number, email address, etc.
- Confirmation of Terms, services with restricted withdrawal rights, and cost-related content
- Agreement to Terms and confirmation or rejection of item 3 above
- Purchase application and confirmation or consent to Company confirmation
- Selection of payment method
- False, missing, or erroneous application content
- Other cases where acceptance is technically significantly impractical
- Credit card payment (processed via Stripe)
- Other payment methods additionally designated by the Company
- Digital content: When provision to the user has commenced. However, for contracts consisting of divisible services or digital content, the portion not yet commenced may still be withdrawn.
- When AI analysis service has been completed and delivered
- When service use has become impossible due to reasons attributable to the user
- Registering false information in applications or changes
- Stealing others' information
- Altering information posted by the Company
- Sending or posting information other than that designated by the Company
- Infringing on the Company's or third parties' intellectual property rights
- Damaging the reputation of the Company or third parties or interfering with business
- Posting obscene or violent messages, images, or information contrary to public order
- Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or scraping of AI analysis results
② The Company may change the content of goods or services to be provided under future contracts in cases such as sold-out items or changes in technical specifications. In such cases, the changed content and delivery date shall be immediately posted where current content is displayed.
Article 5 (Suspension of Services)
① The Company may temporarily suspend service provision in cases such as maintenance, replacement of information and communication facilities, breakdown, or communication interruption.
② The Company shall compensate for damages suffered by users or third parties due to temporary service suspension under Paragraph 1, unless the Company proves the absence of intentional misconduct or negligence.
Article 6 (Membership Registration)
① Users apply for membership by filling in the membership form according to the Company's registration format and expressing consent to these Terms.
② The Company shall register applicants as members unless they fall under any of the following:
Article 7 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)
① Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the Company shall process the withdrawal immediately.
② The Company may restrict or suspend membership if a member falls under any of the following:
Article 8 (Purchase Application and Consent to Personal Information Provision)
① Users apply for purchase through the following or similar methods, and the Company must clearly provide the following information:

① The Company may not accept purchase applications in the following cases:
② The contract is deemed formed when the Company's acceptance reaches the user in the form of a receipt confirmation notice under Article 12, Paragraph 1.
Article 10 (Payment Methods)
Payment for goods or services purchased at the Mall may be made by available methods including:
Article 11 (Receipt Confirmation Notice and Change/Cancellation of Purchase Application)
① The Company shall send a receipt confirmation notice to users upon receiving a purchase application.
② Users who receive a receipt confirmation notice may immediately request changes or cancellation of the purchase application if there are discrepancies, and the Company shall process such requests without delay before delivery.
Article 12 (Withdrawal of청약 / Cancellation)
① Users who have entered into a purchase contract may withdraw their application within 7 days from the date of receiving the written contract details.
② Users cannot return or exchange goods or services in the following cases:

Article 13 (Effects of Cancellation)
① The Company shall refund the payment within 3 business days of receiving the return. If the Company delays the refund, it shall pay the delayed interest specified by applicable law for the delay period.
Article 14 (Personal Information Protection)
① The Company collects the minimum personal information necessary to provide services.
② The Company does not collect information necessary for purchase contract performance prior to membership registration, except where pre-verification is required by applicable law.
③ The Company notifies users of the purpose and obtains consent when collecting and using personal information.
④ The Company may not use collected personal information for purposes other than those stated, and must notify and obtain consent for new purposes or third-party provision.
Article 15 (Company's Obligations)
① The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by law or contrary to public order, and shall do its best to provide goods and services continuously and stably as specified in these Terms.
② The Company shall maintain a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) for safe internet service use.
Article 16 (User's Obligations)

Article 17 (Relationship Between Linked Malls)
① When a higher Mall and a lower Mall are connected through hyperlinks, the former is called the "linking Mall" and the latter the "linked Mall."
② The linking Mall is not liable for transactions between the linked Mall and users regarding goods independently provided by the linked Mall, provided such disclaimer is clearly stated on the linking Mall's initial screen or popup at the time of connection.
Article 18 (Attribution of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)
① Copyright and other intellectual property rights in works created by the Company belong to the Company.
② Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use for commercial purposes information from the Mall in which intellectual property rights belong to the Company, without prior consent from the Company.
③ Copyright in AI-generated analysis results belongs to the Company. Users may use analysis results for personal reference purposes only.
Article 19 (Dispute Resolution)
① The Company shall establish and operate a damage compensation processing body to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users.
② The Company shall prioritize handling complaints and opinions submitted by users. If prompt processing is difficult, the Company shall immediately notify users of the reason and processing schedule.
③ In cases of e-commerce dispute-related damage relief applications by users, the Company may follow the mediation of relevant dispute resolution organizations.
Article 20 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
① Lawsuits regarding e-commerce disputes arising between the Company and users shall be filed in the courts of the State of Illinois, United States.
② The laws of the State of Illinois, United States shall apply to e-commerce lawsuits filed between the Company and users.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall take effect from February 26, 2026.
